With hands-on experience across HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and strategic people management, Abdul Rafay has steadily built a strong professional foundation within the hospitality and corporate sectors. Prior to joining International Consumer Products (Pvt.) Limited, he contributed to Karachi Marriott Hotel in multiple HR capacities, where he gained valuable exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational coordination.

Alongside his corporate journey, Abdul Rafay has also demonstrated entrepreneurial and creative leadership through his ventures in photography and fragrances, reflecting a dynamic blend of business acumen and innovation.
