Tabros Pharma (Pvt) Ltd., a trusted name in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, invites applications for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Clinical & Aesthetics for its premium dermo-cosmetic brand, Fute. We are looking for a dynamic professional with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or beauty industry and a strong understanding of dermo-cosmetics, active ingredients, and dermatological care. This position is based in Karachi, and female candidates are preferred.

Executive / Sr. Executive – Clinical & Aesthetics
Brand: Fute (Premium Dermo-Cosmetic Brand)
Preference: Female Preferred
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceuticals or beauty industry (Derma/Cosmetology is a plus).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of dermo-cosmetic products and their active ingredients.
- Clinical Understanding: Understanding of dermatological conditions and skincare application protocols.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of dermo-cosmetic active ingredients.
- Ability to demonstrate product application while respecting skin protocols.
- Relationship building and management.
- Commercial acumen and B2B negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Promote and provide clinical support for Fute’s premium dermo-cosmetic product range.
- Educate dermatologists, cosmetologists, and beauty professionals on product ingredients, benefits, and application protocols.
- Conduct product demonstrations while respecting skin protocols and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and beauty professionals.
- Provide consultative selling and B2B negotiation support.
- Stay updated on dermatological conditions, skincare trends, and competitor products.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives for the Fute brand.
