- Education: Pharm-D
- Experience: Mandatory 2–4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with an oncology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Develop and execute product strategies for the oncology portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory.
- Manage product lifecycle and brand performance.
- Drive business growth and market share for oncology products.
