Planning Officer
Department: Supply Chain (Planning)

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts using historical and seasonal trends.
Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze sales variances.
Coordinate with Replenishment and Supply Planning teams for inventory and production support.
Identify slow-moving SKUs and support risk management actions with Sales Operations and Marketing.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and demand forecasting techniques.
Analytical, organized, proactive team player with good communication skills.
