Javeria Khan, RPh, RPh, has been promoted to Senior Assistant Manager (R&D) at Sante Private Limited, recognizing her growing contribution to pharmaceutical research, formulation development, and product innovation.

With a strong foundation in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design, Javeria has built an impressive career in pharmaceutical research and development, specializing in QbD, DoE, formulation optimization, and product enhancement. Her professional journey reflects a consistent commitment to scientific excellence, innovation, and continuous advancement within the healthcare industry.

Prior to this promotion, she served as Assistant Manager (R&D) at Sante Private Limited and previously contributed to renowned pharmaceutical organizations including SAMI Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd. and Efroze Chemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. – Pharma Division. Throughout her career, she has played an active role in formulation development, research projects, and process optimization initiatives that support quality-driven pharmaceutical solutions.
