Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), a leading Public Sector Utility Company in Pakistan, is looking to fill specialized positions with qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals who can add value to the organization’s progress. We are currently hiring for three key positions in Board Secretariat and Corporate Communications.

1. Deputy General Manager / Assistant Company Secretary – Board Secretariat (Job Code 8566-01)
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- CA / ACMA with at least 9 years of post-membership experience including 3 years relevant experience of Company / Board secretariat of a listed SOE / large listed company, OR
- MBA with at least 11 years of experience including 5 years relevant experience of Company / Board secretariat of a listed SOE / large listed company.
Required Knowledge:
Candidates must have hands-on experience and full command on:
- State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023 & SOEs Policy
- Companies Act, 2017
- Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019
- PSX Rulebook, Securities Act, 2015
- CDC Regulations
- Correspondence Manual for Listed Companies by PSX and other applicable laws.
Job Summary:
The position exists for ensuring that Board procedures are followed, and that all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with. Assists the Company Secretary in following up on implementation of board decisions through effective recording, communication, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Also responsible for compliance with applicable corporate laws and statutory requirements, and involved in publication and circulation of company’s quarterly and annual accounts and reports.
2. Deputy Chief Manager – Campaigns (Job Code 8567-01)
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- MBA preferably in Marketing with at least 6 years of experience.
Job Summary:
To lead creation of the company’s positive and favorable image through activities relating to BTL, ATL, TTL Advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and various other marketing communication bouquet portfolios.
3. Deputy Manager – Campaigns (Job Code 8568-01)
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- MBA preferably in Marketing with at least 2 years of experience.
Job Summary:
To create the company’s positive and favorable image through activities relating to BTL, ATL, TTL Advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and various other marketing communication bouquet portfolios.
