Available Positions
1. Area Sales Manager
Location: Multiple Cities in Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years of sales experience (3-5 years preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing or related)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales operations in assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Supervise and guide TSM team.
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Build strong client and distributor relationships.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure product availability and optimal market coverage.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing territories.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
2. Accounts Executive
Location: Multiple Cities in Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / B.Com / BBA (Finance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Manage invoices, payments, and receivables.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closings and financial reports.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
