Available Positions

1. Section Head – Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Scope:
Own and lead end-to-end S&OP cycle – building it from ground up, running it independently, and evolving it into a world-class planning rhythm that connects Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution into one aligned operating system.
Design and embed S&OP operating calendar, meeting cadence, KPI dashboards, roles and responsibilities, and governance framework. Own forecast accuracy tracking and work cross-functionally to improve planning discipline across Commercial and Supply Chain.
Build Allocation and Availability review as a core S&OP sub-process.
Operate with ambiguity and build structure where none exists – design, governance, and execution of structure.


Specifications:
Relevant 6–12 years working experience in Supply Chain, Planning, S&OP, IBP, or Demand Planning – preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or a high-growth start-up.
Hands-on experience running or actively participating in an S&OP or IBP cycle.
Strong cross-functional communication – able to challenge, influence, and align.
Analytically rigorous, comfortable with data, demonstrates first-principle thinking.|
Able to communicate well with senior management.
Demonstrated AI-based projects delivery will give an edge.

2. Manager / Lead Manager – Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Scope:
Build and maintain the Service measurement infrastructure; DOC-based scorecards, inventory tracking, distribution rollout, and monthly review packs.
Support the Cost & Cash workstream – inventory health bucket tracking, SKU segmentation and classification, slow liquidation SOPs, and excess inventory analysis.
Own project tracking across the transformation roadmap – maintaining the master tracker, flagging delays, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Build analytical models and Excel-based tools that underpin supply chain decisions – forecast accuracy calculations, sales predictive analysis, inventory health dashboards.


Specifications:
Relevant 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, or Sales Analysis; preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or any structured high-performance organization.
Strong Excel & Data skills – detail-oriented, first-principle thinking.
Demonstrated having created processes, systems, and influenced change.
Demonstrated AI-based projects delivery will give an edge.
Able to communicate well with senior management.
