Muhammad Ashraf Omer celebrates over 20 years with Descon Engineering Limited, a journey marked by continuous growth, strong leadership, and significant contributions to major energy and industrial projects across the region.

Muhammad Ashraf Omer began his career in Pakistan, gaining valuable experience through major shutdowns including UCH Power, National Refinery Limited, Pakistan Refinery Limited, and Adhi Gas Field. Since 2011, he has been serving in Qatar, contributing to key projects and shutdowns for QatarEnergy Refineries & NGL, QAPCO, QAFCO, QAFAC, and Dolphin Energy.

From his early role as a Planning Engineer to his current position as Project Manager, Muhammad Ashraf Omer’s professional journey reflects dedication, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. His progress has been shaped by challenging assignments, collaborative teams, and the trust of valued clients.

Today, he continues to serve as Project Manager at QAFCO Projects, delivering value through strategic planning, execution excellence, and effective teamwork.
