Muhammad Farhan Appointed as R&D Manager Packaging B&W at Unilever

Muhammad Farhan has joined Unilever as R&D Manager Packaging B&W, bringing with him more than 15 years of distinguished experience in research & development, quality management, innovation, and operational excellence within the FMCG industry.

Prior to this appointment, Farhan spent over a decade and a half at Procter & Gamble, where he successfully led strategic initiatives across packaging development, product and process innovation, raw material optimization, quality assurance, and supply chain resilience. Throughout his career, he has delivered significant business impact through multimillion-dollar cost savings, sustainable packaging transformations, supplier localization programs, and the flawless execution of market-leading innovations.
