1. Assistant Manager – Leasing & Contracts

Qualifications & Preferences:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
2–4 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or business development, backed by strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure high-potential leasing leads for premium corporate offices and retail outlets.
Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle, from conducting site visits and client meetings to successfully closing deals.
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate contracts to drive seamless lease renewals and approvals.
Prepare, manage, and audit lease agreements, legal contracts, and tenant due diligence requirements.
Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and operational transitions.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and providing end-to-end support throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Draft comprehensive leasing reports, market presentations, and strategic documentation for management review.

2. Retail Data Analyst – Sales & Operations

Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making for retail operations.

3. Junior Manager Finance

Location: Dolmen Malls, Karachi

Qualifications & Preferences:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or part-qualified CMA from a reputable institute.
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, malls, or real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue monthly/quarterly rental, corporate, and percentage rent invoices and demand notes.
Monitor agreement terms to track and accurately apply rental escalations when due.
Audit monthly electricity batches for Malls and Sky Towers, collaborating with the IT/System department to resolve anomalies.
Maintain, daily update, and present monthly aging and rental collection reports for management review.
Conduct daily follow-ups with tenants via calls and emails regarding outstanding dues, sending reminders and disconnection notices when necessary.
Address and resolve daily tenant queries regarding rent, maintenance invoices, and payment discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts with tenant ledgers, sharing balances and securing payment breakdowns for unmatched transactions.
Update payments in the RFID Card Schedule and actively assist team members with the broader monthly billing cycle.
