Prior to this promotion, Basma served as Senior Executive Human Resources at Himont Group and previously held key HR roles at OBRO Foods Pvt. Ltd (Pop Nosh) and DevFactori, where she contributed to payroll management, performance management, and employee-focused HR initiatives.
