Liaquat National Hospital (LNH), one of Pakistan’s premier tertiary care hospitals, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Facilities Management Department as Senior Manager, Facilities Management. Senior Manager, Facilities Management
Department: Administration
Location: Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Department.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water supply, and other engineering services.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of all hospital buildings and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor facility performance and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility services through appropriate contingency planning.
• Lead renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for construction and maintenance works.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing engineering systems, infrastructure projects, utilities, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
