Days: Monday – Thursday
Time: 11:00 am to 02:00 pm
Location: DVAGO Head Office, Plot No. 1, Block 3, MCHS Main Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Near Jail Chowrangi, Karachi

Branch Manager
Location: Multiple Locations across Karachi
Requirements:
Graduation / Bachelors / Pharm D
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail Pharmacy
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily pharmacy operations, inventory, cash handling, and prescription processing.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
Monitor stock availability, expiry controls, and medication safety standards.
Drive branch profitability through sales initiatives, customer retention programs, and community engagement activities.
Analyze business performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy staff while managing scheduling and performance.
Deliver a patient-centric customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain all required licenses, legal documentation, and stakeholder relationships.
Promote and implement DVAGO’s core values across the branch and team.
