We are currently hiring for two key sales leadership positions.
Available Positions
1. Zonal Sales Manager – CandyLand
Location: Sargodha

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
Expand product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance and market execution.
Lead and monitor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and visibility programs.
Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance market share, numeric and weighted distribution, and sales productivity.
Maintain healthy stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and manage receivables in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive execution excellence.
Strong understanding of market analysis and business development.

2. Area Sales Manager – Bisconni
Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing); Master’s degree is preferred.
5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a relevant sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales target achievement and KPIs by executing effective sales strategies across the assigned territory.
Manage distributors and trade networks while ensuring effective market execution.
Expand numeric and geographic market coverage to strengthen market presence and maximize business growth.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while preparing sales forecasts and reports to support business planning.
Support the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Sound understanding of sales planning, execution, and market analysis.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
