Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sr. Manager Audit to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening operational controls, improving process efficiency, and supporting risk management initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute risk-based operational audits covering production, inventory, and other operational functions.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, and compliance with company policies.
• Review operational processes to identify inefficiencies, wastages, cost optimization opportunities, and process improvements.
• Conduct detailed testing of transactions, reconciliations, and physical verifications as per approved audit plans.
• Discuss audit observations with process owners, validate root causes, and develop practical, value-added recommendations.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations and report progress for review.
• Perform routine operational audits and floor visits across production and warehouse facilities to identify slow-moving, obsolete, and aging stock.
• Mentor and guide junior audit team members, review their work, and ensure adherence to audit standards and timelines.

Requirement:

• Qualification: CA (Finalist)/ACCA/CMA/MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in internal or operational audit, preferably within the textile manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of operational auditing, inventory controls, risk management, and internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
