Available Positions
1. Technical Coordinator to Advisor
Location: Head Office, SITE Karachi
Application Deadline: 17th July 2026
Qualification:
BSc/MSc/Engineering/MBA (Preferably with a technical background)
Experience:
2 to 5 years of related experience.
Work Responsibilities:
Provide direct coordination and technical support to the Advisor in routine and strategic matters.
Ensure cross-functional follow-ups across departments to drive the timely execution of tasks.
Support overseas projects, including coordination, documentation, and technical alignment.
Maintain structured data archival and record management systems.
Prepare and track follow-up actions from meetings.
Develop Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for internal and board-level discussions.
Provide technical assistance in engineering and project-related matters.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean activities).
Prepare improvement proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.

2. Blister Machine Operator
Location: Head Office, SITE Karachi
Application Deadline: 20th June 2026 (Note: This position may have passed, please confirm availability)
Qualification:
At least 02 – 03 years machine experience.
Work Responsibilities:
Set up and operate blister packaging machines according to production schedules.
Adjust machine settings to ensure correct packaging size, sealing, and product placement.
Load materials such as blister film, foil, and products into the machine.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished blister packs for defects, such as improper sealing, missing products, or damaged packaging.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on the machine.

3. Junior Executive – Technical (Coordination & Support)
Location: Head Office, SITE Karachi

Qualification:
BSc/MSc/Engineering/MBA (Preferably with a technical background)
Experience:
2 to 5 years of related experience.
Work Responsibilities:

Review and manage technical drawings (basic understanding required) and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain structured data archival and record management systems.

Provide technical assistance in engineering and project-related matters.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean activities).
