Role Overview:
The Head of Institutional Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company’s institutional sales strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership across Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Corporate, and other institutional segments. The role owns the complete institutional business lifecycle from market development and opportunity identification to customer acquisition, tender management, commercial negotiations, execution, collections, and long-term account development. The incumbent is expected to build a high-performance sales organization while establishing Master MoltyFoam as the preferred institutional sleep solutions partner in Pakistan.

2. Executive Affiliate Marketing (Foam Segment)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Affiliate to build and manage partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will promote MoltyFoam’s orthopedic and sleep wellness products, generate referrals, and strengthen the company’s medical network.

3. Assistant Manager HR
Qualification: BBA HR / MHRM

Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, and reward strategy implementation. The role will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, payroll analysis, salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses, incentives, and statutory compliance while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness. The incumbent will also oversee employee lifecycle processes, including confirmations, full & final settlements, employee documentation, and separation management, while supporting the performance management cycle through appraisal coordination, analysis, and reporting.

4. Sales Executive – Non-Woven
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
