Naima Nazeer has embarked on a new chapter as General Manager Human Resources at Orient Group Of Companies, marking another significant milestone in her accomplished HR leadership career.

With extensive experience across talent management, organizational development, HR strategy, and people operations, Naima brings a strong track record of strengthening organizational capabilities and driving people-focused initiatives. Prior to joining Orient Group Of Companies, she served as Head of Talent Management & OD at Fatima Group, where she focused on talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Her earlier leadership roles at Sarena Industries and FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd, Pakistan further reflect her expertise in HR service delivery, strategic workforce management, and organizational development. With an MS in Management from the University Of Central Punjab and an Executive Development Program in Leadership from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Naima combines strategic insight with strong leadership capabilities.
