Deputy Manager BI & Integration Developer
Department: Information Technology
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
• Design and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data connectors for real-time and batch reporting.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, MES, and other enterprise platforms into centralized reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain DAX, SQL, OData, and REST API-based data connectivity and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, security, and governance across analytics and integration layers.
• Support digital initiatives including KPI tracking, operational analytics, reporting automation, and enterprise performance monitoring.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BI and analytics solutions, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or data integration.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SAC, Power BI, SQL, DAX, data modeling, OData, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise reporting is preferred.
• SAP/Microsoft certifications, automotive or manufacturing experience, and exposure to MES, SAP BTP, Azure, or SAP Integration Suite will be preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.
