Theme: Human + AI: Shaping the Future of Work, Delivery & Industry

The world of work, technology, and delivery is changing faster than ever. Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations build products, manage projects, develop software, test solutions, make decisions, and collaborate. But technology alone is not enough—the future belongs to organizations and professionals who can combine human intelligence, Agile thinking, and AI capabilities effectively.

This November, Agile Pakistan brings the community together for its 13th Agile Conference, ACP26, under the theme “Human + AI: Shaping the Future of Work, Delivery & Industry.”

With a focus on AI-Augmented Product & Project Delivery and Human-Centered AI: Trust, Ethics & Impact, ACP26 aims to move beyond awareness and discussion toward practical learning, meaningful conversations, and actionable ideas.

From Awareness to Action.

Agile Pakistan, Building the Community Since 2014

Founded in 2014, Agile Pakistan is a non-profit community focused on promoting Agile mindset, continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development across Pakistan.

Over the years, the community has connected professionals from technology, product management, project management, engineering, QA, leadership, business, and academia through conferences, meetups, training sessions, roundtables, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Agile Pakistan continues to provide a platform where professionals can learn, connect, share experiences, and contribute to the growth of the Agile ecosystem in Pakistan.

13 Conferences, A Journey of Learning & Community

ACP26 marks the 13th Agile Conference organized by Agile Pakistan, continuing a journey that began with the community’s commitment to bringing practitioners, leaders, and professionals together.

Over the years, Agile Pakistan’s conferences have evolved with the industry. Early conversations focused heavily on Agile and Scrum adoption, Agile transformation, project delivery, and team collaboration. As the technology landscape evolved, the conversations expanded into product management, leadership, DevOps, digital transformation, engineering practices, and emerging technologies.

Today, AI is fundamentally changing how we work and deliver. ACP26 builds on this journey by exploring the intersection of human capability and artificial intelligence.

The central question is no longer simply “What can AI do?”

It is:

“How can we combine human capability and AI to create better outcomes?”

What to Expect at ACP26

ACP26 will bring together practitioners, leaders, technology professionals, product and project experts, and the wider Agile community for a day of practical insights, real-world experiences, discussions, and knowledge sharing.

The conference will explore two major dimensions.

AI-Augmented Product & Project Delivery

How can AI improve the way we discover, plan, build, test, manage, and deliver products and projects?

Sessions will explore how AI can support professionals across the delivery lifecycle—from product discovery and requirements to development, QA, project management, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Human-Centered AI: Trust, Ethics & Impact

AI adoption also brings questions around trust, responsibility, ethics, governance, human judgment, and organizational impact.

ACP26 will explore how organizations can adopt AI responsibly while keeping people, customers, teams, and meaningful business outcomes at the center.

Participants can expect around four talks, panel discussions, practical experiences, networking opportunities, and community conversations covering Agile, AI, product, project delivery, leadership, technology, and the future of work.

The objective is not simply to discuss trends.

It is to help participants discover what they can take back to their teams and organizations and put into action.

Masterclasses, Learn, Practice & Apply

ACP26 will also feature two dedicated masterclasses for professionals looking for deeper, practical learning beyond conference sessions.

Agile/Scrum Masterclass, Deep Dive & Road to PSM1

The Agile/Scrum Masterclass is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their Scrum knowledge, understand practical application, and prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment.

The masterclass will cover: Foundations, Team & Accountabilities, Events, Artefacts, Product Backlog Management, Essential Scrum Master Skills, Practical Scrum Scenarios, PSM I Exam Preparation & Readiness

The focus is not just on learning Scrum terminology. Participants will explore how Scrum works in real situations, how to think through practical scenarios, and how to prepare effectively for the PSM I assessment.

QA Automation Masterclass, From Strategy to Success

The second masterclass focuses on QA Automation, particularly for professionals looking to build or advance their automation careers.

The session will explore: QA Automation Strategy, Selecting the Right Automation Approach, Automation Frameworks & Tooling, Hands-on Automation Practices, Integrating Automation into the Delivery Lifecycle, Common Automation Challenges, Automation ROI, Metrics to Measure Automation Success

The objective is to go beyond simply writing automation scripts and understand how to build an effective automation strategy, implement it practically, and measure whether automation is actually delivering value.

Agile Pakistan has previously organized focused learning sessions and masterclasses covering areas such as Agile/Scrum, Project Management, System Design, QA Automation, and professional certification preparation.

These sessions have provided participants with opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners, work through practical scenarios, ask questions, and connect concepts with real-world challenges.

ACP26 continues this learning-first approach by bringing together two practical masterclasses focused on Agile/Scrum & PSM I readiness and QA Automation strategy, hands-on implementation, and measurable outcomes.

Who Should Attend ACP26?

ACP26 is designed for anyone interested in the future of work, technology, Agile delivery, and AI.

It will be particularly valuable for:

  • Project & Program Managers
  • Product Managers & Product Owners
  • Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches
  • Software Engineers & Engineering Leaders
  • QA & Automation Professionals
  • Business Analysts
  • Solution Architects
  • Technology & Digital Transformation Leaders
  • Startup Founders & Entrepreneurs

More Than a Conference

ACP26 is more than a collection of talks.

It is an opportunity to meet people solving similar challenges, learn from practitioners who have experimented in the real world, challenge existing assumptions, discover new approaches, and take meaningful ideas back to your organization.

For professionals, it is an opportunity to learn and grow.

For leaders, it is an opportunity to explore new approaches to delivery and transformation.

For organizations, it is an opportunity to connect with talent, ideas, and the evolving technology ecosystem.

And for the Agile community, it is another opportunity to come together, share experiences, and shape the future.
