Territory Manager (Medical Sales Representative)

Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting AGP Limited’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in the dynamic pharmaceutical sales industry.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Achieve sales targets and market share growth within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct product presentations, medical seminars, and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and territory plans.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline). Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Other: Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
