Al-Ghazi Tractors Ltd. (AGTL), a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group and sole manufacturer of New Holland tractors in Pakistan , is looking for a passionate professional to join our team. We are seeking a Manager Strategic Buyer (Casting) to lead our procurement and supply chain efforts.

Reporting to: Senior Manager Trade Purchasing
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for casting parts while ensuring cost, quality, and timely availability.
- Build and manage supplier relationships through vendor development, negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives .
- Drive cost optimization, mitigate supply chain risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP, Excel & Power BI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration & problem-solving abilities .
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management expertise.
Experience & Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing or automotive/tractor industry .
