Maintenance Associate

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering / B.Tech
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in relevant field

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance tasks, repairs (civil/sanitary/fittings), and equipment servicing across plant sections and Head Office.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP and EHS standards during all maintenance and facility upkeep activities.
- Assist with tool and spare parts management, routine water filter replacements, and optimizing manpower utilization to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance operations.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate degree in Engineering / B.Tech.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Innovation & Tech Transfer Reviewer

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Graduate degree in a relevant field, Pharm-D or B. Pharmacy
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product/formulation development and technology transfer

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product development (PD) trials as per approved schedules.
- Review and support formulation development, optimization, and lab-scale manufacturing.
- Supervise technology transfer batches and ensure smooth scale-up activities.
- Review technology transfer documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, QC, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation projects.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, Pharm-D or B. Pharmacy.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product/formulation development and technology transfer.
