We Are Looking For:
An individual who will be supervising granulation operations within the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing by ensuring smooth execution of production activities, applying strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, and maintaining compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise granulation operations within Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities to achieve planned targets.
- Apply strong technical troubleshooting capabilities to resolve production issues.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee manpower management and workforce allocation for optimal productivity.
- Monitor production performance and drive continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as per regulatory standards.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
