1. Head of Procurement & Sourcing
Location: Karachi

Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 12–15 years of procurement and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
Leadership: 5–7 years of leadership experience in procurement and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect procurement.
Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and vendor performance management.
Ensure timely material availability aligned with production plans.
Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency initiatives.
Oversee MRP, inventory planning, and raw material warehousing operations.
Ensure compliance with procurement controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with Supply Planning, Operations, QA, and Finance teams.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, MRP, inventory management, and warehousing.
Proven track record in cost savings, contract negotiations, and procurement governance.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent).
Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food, or Chemical industry experience preferred.

2. Tech Ops Controlling Associate
Location: Karachi

Education & Experience:
Education: CMA Part Qualified with Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Costing, preferably in the Pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform product costing activities including new product feasibility, COGS calculation, landed costing, cost impact analysis, purchase price variance analysis, and financial review of QA change controls.
Manage Capex planning, evaluation, execution, fixed asset accounting, depreciation processing, asset transfers/disposals/write-offs, and annual physical verification.
Conduct Opex analysis and reporting, including budget reviews, variance analysis, expense monitoring, and detailed evaluation of major cost categories such as manpower, utilities, and repair works.
Execute SAP product costing activities including BOM and routing reviews, material cost estimates, master data validation, overhead calculations, order settlements, month-end closing activities, and standard versus actual variance analysis.
Prepare annual budgets covering COGS, factory overheads, production volumes, material costs, purchase plans, monthly cash flow requirements, and new product launches.
Generate management reports including production yield variance, gross margin analysis, inventory aging analysis, non-production item monitoring, purchase price variance analysis, and stock write-off reviews.
Perform additional assignments and analyses as directed by management.
