Available Positions
1. Area Manager Sales
Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing
Experience: 03 to 04 years of experience in Automotive industry sales
Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Area Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned area, managing dealer networks, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams.
2. Regional Manager Sales
Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing
Experience: 06 to 08 years of experience in Automotive industry sales
Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Regional Manager Sales will lead sales operations for the entire region, overseeing multiple areas and driving overall business growth. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Lead and manage sales operations across the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Manage and develop the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with key dealers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and ensure competitive positioning.
