Bilal Ahmad has taken on the role of Head of Sales & Marketing at Enertia, bringing over two decades of cross-industry leadership experience in sales strategy, brand development, and commercial excellence. His career spans leading multinational and local organizations including Siemens, Telenor, Ericsson UK, Sony MEA, and Master Tiles, where he has consistently delivered sustainable growth and market expansion.
With a proven track record of managing large-scale business portfolios and driving nationwide sales performance, Bilal has successfully led high-impact initiatives in dealer network development, product launches, and integrated marketing strategies. His leadership in handling multi-billion PKR portfolios and building high-performing teams highlights his strong commercial acumen and strategic vision.
In his new role, he will focus on accelerating Enertia’s market presence, strengthening brand positioning, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives. His ability to translate market insights into scalable strategies positions him to create lasting impact in the premium appliances segment.
Bilal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Air University and an MBA from Lahore School of Economics. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, further strengthening his expertise in process optimization and operational excellence.
