BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Support Services to join our IT department in Gharo. We are seeking a candidate to lead and enhance the organization’s IT support and infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise IT systems while driving operational excellence and service continuity across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, IT service operations, and enterprise support environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT support operations covering incident, problem, and change management processes.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
Oversee servers, storage, backups, and overall system availability.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain service continuity.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance practices.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, preferably ITIL.
Hands-on experience in networking, Windows/Linux server administration, and datacenter operations.
Exposure to cybersecurity practices, monitoring tools, and enterprise IT environments.
Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
