We are currently hiring for three key positions across supply chain, logistics, and merchant operations.
Available Positions
1. Assortment & Channel Operations Lead – Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Function Management — SKU & Seller Onboarding
- Own the full onboarding process from negotiated deal to live, shoppable listing.
- Drive SKU activation SLA reduction (current target: 25 days to under 7 days).
- Manage seller onboarding workflows, coordinate with category and QC teams, and ensure new assortment goes live on time and error-free.
Assortment Management for Supply Chain
- Oversee content optimization (GMV/UV-based content quality scoring), store management, and resolution of technical issues (sync errors, product locks, categorization bugs).
- Manage Choice brand tagging, free gift curation, and backend classification governance.
- Ensure product detail pages are conversion-ready across Retail, Choice, and Pharma.
Supply Chain Marketing Strategy
- Own marketing budget allocation and ROI across channels: KOL management (macro and micro/affiliate), Daraz Mart performance (voucher mechanics, page optimization), and channel activations for Choice, Mart, and Pharma.
- Plan and execute content calendars — carousels, KOL integrations, static ads, and social pushes (FB/Insta/TikTok).
Campaign Operations End-to-End
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle from curation and QC through submission, execution, and performance review.
- Own flash sale curation and automation.
- Coordinate mega campaigns and category days.
- Drive campaign process optimization and automation to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
Job Requirements:
- Strong operational execution skills — comfortable managing SLAs, process optimization, and workflow automation.
- Marketing/commercial acumen — budget ownership, ROI tracking, channel strategy.
- Cross-functional coordination ability — works across Pricing, Planning, KAMs, and Finance.
- Thinks in conversion funnels, not just task completion.
2. Outbound Manager – Logistics
Qualification: Bachelor Degree preferably in a Business Discipline
Experience: Minimum of 2 years handling end-to-end fulfilment operations for a multinational organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan resources and assets to cope with strong business growth across all shifts .
- Be responsible for daily operations performance (productivity, quality) to reach expected SLA within budget.
- Develop a thorough, effective, and timely continuous improvement plan to meet effectiveness and productivity targets.
- Develop team mindset and skills to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for team development, recruit talents, adapt team structure to fit business evolution, provide coaching/training, identify career paths for high potential to develop team commitment and motivation.
- Drive forward cost and efficiency saving projects.
- Scope of this role is limited to a specific FC function i.e., Outbound only.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with the use of Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Excel .
- Critical Competencies: Decision making, Analytical ability, Results Orientation, Communication, Initiative, Innovation .
3. Junior Retention Associate – UPO
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: At least 1 year in e-Commerce or tech industry (bonus if experienced with Merchant Operations scopes)
- Responsible for the merchant operations of Daraz coins and games program.
- Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase merchant engagement and stickiness.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of merchant growth objectives.

- Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze meaningful trends and solve problems with a data-driven approach.
- Great project management skills with ability to work fast and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision .
