Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, exit).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Analyze HR data (attendance, turnover, performance) to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
