1. Procurement Officer – Billing
Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Support the accounts payable process, including invoice posting and payment follow-ups.
• Perform SAP-based transactions and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Procurement Billing, Accounts Payable, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and good understanding of ERP-based processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

2. SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Lahore
Qualification: ACCA / Bachelor’s in Finance
Experience: 2-4 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cost Center Accounting) to meet accounting and regulatory standards.
• Provide end-to-end support for financial processes, including month-end/year-end closing and daily troubleshooting for finance users.
• Manage and optimize integration points between FI/CO and other modules.
• Translate complex financial requirements into scalable SAP functional solutions and configurations.
• Maintain rigorous documentation to support internal/external audits and ensure adherence to financial controls & company policies.
• Monitor system performance, recommend efficiency enhancements, and deliver user training to improve overall system proficiency.

Requirements:

• Utilize S/4HANA tools such as Fiori Apps and real-time reporting.
• SAP FICO certification / participation in 2-3 cycle implementations.

3. Assistant Manager Reimbursement
Location: Kamahan-Lahore
Qualification: ACCA / ACMA (7 years) / CA Finalist (5 Years)
Experience: 5 to 7 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end processing of petty cash, employee reimbursements, corporate payroll, and vendor accounts.
• Manage financial processing for payroll, sales commissions, and retail shop rents for field staff.
• Execute daily document parking, transaction posting workflows, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Oversee the complete disbursement process for monthly commission payments to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Strong functional grip and hands-on system experience within SAP environments.
• Operational proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business analytics.
• Sound regulatory knowledge of Income Tax (I.T.) laws and Sales Tax (S.T.) regulations.
