Available Positions

1. Manager Internal Audit
Qualification: ACA, CIA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA
Experience: 6 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Plan and execute assigned audit assignments in line with Group methodology and IIA standards.
• Coordinate with process owners to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG or retail environments, preferably in a relevant audit capacity.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.
• Expertise in risk-based audit planning, internal controls, reporting, documentation, and investigations.
• In-depth knowledge of IIA Standards, internal audit methodologies, and professional practices.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, integrity, and objective decision-making capabilities.

2. Assistant Manager Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Procurement
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for new store openings, renovations, and QSR expansion projects.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for project materials, equipment, civil works, and fit-out requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and recommend supplier selection.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure procurement milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Develop and manage a reliable supplier base while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience in Restaurant/Hotel Procurement, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Fit-Out projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Odoo systems, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
