Qualification:
- CA Inter / ACCA / MBA Finance
Experience Required:
- 5–6 years of experience in an Audit Firm or Manufacturing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial records and transactions.
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
- Check internal controls and company policies.
- Conduct audits of departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain, Production, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review and verify transactions before execution.
- Identify risks, fraud, or inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements and corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports for management.
