Role Overview:
Lead the organization’s hybrid cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments, driving cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, automation, and reliable enterprise IT operations. Administer and secure enterprise compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery platforms while leading cybersecurity hardening, identity management, and Zero Trust initiatives. Oversee system monitoring, capacity planning, vendor management, and risk mitigation to ensure secure, 24/7 operations. Includes infrastructure budgeting, resource planning, and team development.

3. Officer Admin – Thar Foundation

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year degree.
• Experience: 7 years of overall professional experience, including 3 years in administration-related roles.

Role Overview:
Provide administrative support to the Thar Foundation team, including transport, catering, and accommodation arrangements, vendor payments, facility maintenance, fleet management, budgeting, workplace safety, and coordination of official visits and events. Monitor employee satisfaction with administrative services and drive continuous improvement across all administrative functions.

4. Senior Officer Community Relations – Thar Foundation

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:
Support community engagement and CSR initiatives, manage community relations and grievance handling, facilitate local employment, coordinate with village organizations, monitor community infrastructure projects, and prepare periodic reports on CSR and development activities. Support stakeholder engagement, project monitoring, and communication activities to promote positive community relationships and facilitate conflict resolution.
