Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):

The Lead – ESG will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This role involves driving sustainability initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning ESG goals with business objectives to create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

• Develop and execute the company’s ESG strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance, including sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction, waste management, and community engagement.
• Prepare ESG reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in ESG practices.

Eligibility Criteria (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate strategy.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB), and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for sustainability and driving positive impact.
