Chief Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability and plant availability .
- Plan and execute annual shutdowns, overhauls, BMR projects, and maintenance schedules with minimum downtime.
- Ensure plant operations by ensuring efficient functioning of mills, boilers, turbines, evaporators, crystallizers, utilities, and other process equipment to achieve production targets .
- Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintenance optimization.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in the sugar industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role .
