1. Deputy Manager Admin & Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall administration and security related matters of RWML Rawat Site.
• Evaluate, implement, and review company-wide security and risk management programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pre-empt security risks and take appropriate measures to effectively mitigate these risks year-round.
• Maintain working relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as law enforcement agencies, local administration, and government offices.

Qualification & Experience:

• Recently Retired Major from the Armed Forces.
• Preferably staff course qualified.
• LSC / ISC qualified officers.

2. I&C Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HIMA, instrumentation, analyzers, control valves, loops, alarms, and protection systems.
• Lead calibration, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, modifications, and breakdown restoration to ensure reliability and minimize plant downtime.
• Coordinate with Operations, Electrical, and Mechanical teams during routine maintenance, shutdowns, commissioning, startups, and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, LOTO, plant KPIs, and proper maintenance documentation through ERP/CMMS, including records and RCA.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: DAE (Instrumentation / Electronics).
• Experience: 12 to 15 years of I&C maintenance experience in power/process industries.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens TCS T3000, Emerson Ovation DCS, HIMA BPS, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, control valves, and calibration.
