Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage aircraft load sheets and weight & balance documentation.
• Ensure accurate loading and distribution of cargo, baggage, and mail.
• Coordinate with ground handling teams, ramp staff, and flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Communicate load-related information to flight crew and relevant departments.
• Monitor and resolve load control issues to ensure timely departures.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in load control or traffic operations.
