Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Prepare accurate aircraft load plans and weight and balance calculations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with ramp operations, flight crews, and ground handling teams.
• Monitor cargo, baggage, and passenger loads to optimize aircraft performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all flights.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in load control, weight and balance, or traffic operations.
• Strong understanding of aircraft loading procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
