Job Description:
- Lead and manage project execution, installation, erection, and commissioning activities for Boilers, Sugar Plants, Steel Structures, Cranes, and related projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, and execution plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage contractors and site teams to achieve project objectives within approved scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, resource constraints, and execution issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Production, Finance, and Project Controls teams.
- Lead coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders and conduct progress review meetings.
- Monitor project performance and provide management with progress reports, schedule updates, risks, and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Oversee contract administration, project documentation, variations, claims, and contractual deliverables.
- Lead project completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in project planning, coordination, and site execution, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, or EPC project environments.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant discipline).
