Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience: 5 – 7 Years of relevant marketing/brand management experience. Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer healthcare is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, identity, communication, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead brand campaigns, consumer promotions, retail activations, PR initiatives, and events to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
• Lead product launches, from consumer insights and positioning to execution and performance evaluation.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitors, market opportunities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales and E-commerce teams to drive brand sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchases.
• Manage the brand marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance, profitability, and ROI.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, influencers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Ensure all product communication and claims are accurate, consistent, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Track key brand and commercial KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Candidate’s Background:

• Educational Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant marketing/brand management experience. Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer healthcare is preferred.
• Geographical Placement: Hudson’s head office, Karachi.
