Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline
Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience in motor insurance claims

Key Accountabilities:
- Review and process Partial Loss and Final Survey Reports, including repair estimates, bills, depreciation, deductibles, salvage and related documentation.
- Handle total loss, theft, snatched-vehicle and complex motor claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and proper documentation.
- Identify claim leakage, irregularities and potential fraud indicators, including excessive, duplicate or unsupported costs.
- Monitor outstanding and aged claims and coordinate with surveyors/workshops to expedite settlements.
- Maintain effective relationships with insureds, brokers, surveyors, workshops and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitization and reduced claims turnaround time.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional insurance qualification will be preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in motor insurance claims.
