1. Manager Store Operations
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 12–15 years of hands-on experience in retail management, with at least 5+ years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Manage store P&L by controlling operational costs and optimizing labor utilization.
- Lead, train, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Ensure efficient inventory management through accurate stock planning and timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement in-store strategies to enhance customer footfall and conversion rates.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
2. Accounts Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Previous experience as a Bank Cashier is preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process cash, cheque, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Verify cash receipts and prepare daily cash reports.
- Reconcile cash collections and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Follow company cash management policies and internal control procedures.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting or POS systems.
3. Officer – Control Room
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or security surveillance

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and operational irregularities.
- Report and escalate incidents to concerned authorities per SOPs.
- Coordinate with security personnel and operations teams for timely response.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related surveillance equipment.
Skills:
- Strong observation and monitoring skills with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and control room procedures.
