Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
12–15 years of hands-on experience in retail management, with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
Proven experience of managing large-format retail stores independently.
Responsibilities:
Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs in line with organizational goals.
Manage store P&L by controlling operational costs, optimizing labor utilization, and ensuring budget adherence without compromising service quality.
Lead, train, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture, focused on accountability, customer service, and results delivery.
Ensure efficient inventory management through accurate stock planning, timely replenishment, and strict control of stock losses and variances.
Develop and implement in-store strategies to enhance customer footfall, improve conversion rates, and maximize average basket size.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and product availability across all departments to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.
