Role Purpose:
To support HCM/SF-EC Project Implementation and drive the successful deployment of HR systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC), Recruiting, and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) implementation and support activities.
• Hands-on SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations.
• Manage integration from SuccessFactors to SAP On-Premise systems.
• Perform SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting to support business decision-making.
• Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing.
• Support HCM Practice Development, Consulting, Program & Service Delivery Management, and Business Development Support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree.

Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC).
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors delivery.

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.

Key Expertise:

• Deployment experience of implementing SuccessFactors rollouts including workbook definition.
• Hands-on configuration and integration skills.
