Key Responsibilities:

• Support North Region dealerships in resolving critical customer complaints related to repairs.
• Conduct dealer audits covering Technical, Safety, Body & Paint, and Floor Mat standards.
• Monitor and support dealerships in achieving Service Campaign targets (IMC & TMC).
• Perform Go & See visits for early identification of issues and provide feedback to Product Support & QA.
• Facilitate skill enhancement of dealer technical staff through on-the-job and structured trainings.
• Handle Customer Relations complaints through field visits and ensure timely resolution.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including events, skill contests, and certification programs.
• Assist in failed part investigations and contribute to root cause analysis with QA.
• Conduct Go & See visits for safety-related cases (e.g., SRS Airbag, fire hazards) and ensure timely reporting.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education: DAE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (dealership support, technical service, or quality assurance preferred).
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and field visits.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
