We are currently hiring for three key positions across sales, quality, and procurement.

Available Positions

1. Zonal Sales Manager – CandyLand
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Expand product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance and market execution.
• Lead and monitor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
• Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and visibility programs.
• Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance market share and sales productivity.
• Maintain healthy stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and manage receivables.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive execution excellence.

2. Senior Officer – Quality
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations, standards, and quality requirements across plant operations.
• Implement and monitor QIP, GMP, and GHP requirements to maintain consistent food safety and quality standards.
• Ensure effective implementation of HACCP Level 3 requirements and support food safety risk management.
• Support quality operations within Food, Cereal, or Infant Cereal manufacturing environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records to support audits and traceability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with FSSC 22000 LAC certification.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

3. Indirect Procurement Buyer – Corporate Services
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in category management or strategic sourcing within indirect procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategies for Marketing, Media, Professional Services, Research, Events, and other indirect procurement categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and value-creation opportunities through demand management and supplier consolidation.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance through KPIs and business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SAP processes, and governance standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong expertise in category strategy, commercial negotiations, supplier management, and contract management.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings, value creation, and improved supplier performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Sound understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
