Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal brand strategies, collection narratives, trend-led storytelling, and fashion calendar plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer, Editorial, and Retail channels to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Manage digital brand presence through Instagram Commerce, UGC strategies, marketplace optimization, influencer partnerships, and engaging digital content.
Monitor and optimize brand and commercial performance by analyzing sell-through, stock cover, range productivity, digital conversion, sales trends, competitor activity, campaign ROI, and overall business performance.
Manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across seasonal campaigns and collection launches while maximizing return on investment.
Develop seasonal and long-term brand roadmaps, supporting collection planning, business growth, and strategic brand positioning.
Act as the brand custodian, safeguarding brand consistency while effectively managing PR issues, product quality concerns, cultural sensitivities, and influencer-related matters.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, driving margin improvement, sell-through performance, range productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 10–12 years in brand management, with a mix of brand-side and agency preferred. Direct apparel or fashion retail brand experience is strongly preferred.
Education: MBA or master’s in marketing, fashion, or retail management.
