Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a Managerial role, preferably within a high-volume Retail, Supermarket, Hypermarket, or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support daily sales operations by assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving departmental sales targets.
Ensure effective product display, merchandising, shelving, cleaning, and proper pricing/tagging for optimal customer experience.
Manage stock availability through timely replenishment, inventory control, and monitoring fast-moving items to avoid stock-outs.
Conduct regular stock checks, support inventory counts, and report shortages while controlling shrinkage and wastage.
Maintain compliance with operational standards, ensure proper product presentation, and coordinate with teams for smooth departmental execution.
Section 2: Support Department
Candidates with relevant experience and exposure to retail, supermarket, hypermarket, or FMCG environments will be preferred.
